FAQ

Food truck hire questions, answered

What does food truck hire include?

The truck, the crew, cooking to order across your agreed service window, serving ware, pack down and a clean site. You supply no kitchen, equipment or clean-up crew.

How much does it cost to hire a food truck?

From $23 per head for a single main, about $28 per head for mains and sides, and $30 to $35 per head for the full menu. Those figures are food only. Travel is quoted separately from your venue address.

How many guests can you serve, and how fast?

It depends on the service window more than the headcount. Serving 120 guests over 2 hours is very smooth. Tickets leave the griddle in under 90 seconds.

How long should the service window be?

Allow a generous 90 to 120 minutes so guests eat at a relaxed, comfortable pace.

Where can you set up?

Anywhere with a level, stable hardstand, clear vehicle width and height clearance, and a fixed parking position for the whole event.

How far do you travel?

We are based in Hebersham and cover Western Sydney and the Hawkesbury region, plus South Western Sydney, the Hills District and the Blue Mountains for events.
