What hire includes
The truck arrives with setup time, cooks fresh to order across your agreed service window, then packs down and leaves the site clean. You supply no kitchen, equipment or clean-up crew.
Fillings, toppings and dietary adaptations are confirmed when your booking is finalised, so the menu fits your crowd rather than the other way round.

Mains only, food only, at $23 per head. Add sides for about $28 per head, or open the whole menu for $30 to $35. Travel is quoted from your venue address.
